History of JCA

* Began in March 1990 – Founding name Long Fork Assembly of God.

* First place of worship located on Long Fork of Virgie – in a small metal building. We soon outgrew and built a new sanctuary connected to existing building.

* We changed our name to Jubilee Christian Assembly in 1993.

* Again we outgrew our building and moved to present location in Pikeville in 1995.

* In 1998 we remodeled, building an addition to enlarge our sanctuary.

* Operation Eat, our feeding program, occupies our building on Long Fork.
